Expensive. Harder to sharpen than S35VN. Grinds slowly. Limited availability currently. Premium pricing.

Grinding Notes

Grinds similar to S35VN but slightly slower due to higher carbon. Ceramic belts essential. Very hard when heat treated - pre-HT grinding recommended.

Polishing Notes

Takes beautiful polish. PM structure ensures fine finish. Popular for custom work. Excellent for both mirror and satin finishes.
